Plan your next weekend gathering with confidence at the Newportville Fire Company’s well-appointed meeting room. Our private and versatile space is open for bookings on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring a dedicated spot for your exclusive event.

Rental Details:

  • Rental Fee: Secure your event for $200, offering you a four-hour window to host your gathering.
  • Security Deposit: A $125 refundable security deposit is required, ensuring the space is returned to its original condition.

Event Hours and Extension Options:

  • Standard Rental: From 1 pm – 9 pm, you can select a four-hour time slot that suits your event schedule.
  • Additional Time: If a longer celebration is needed, additional hours are available at the same rental rate.

Setup and Payments:

  • Enjoy an early entry one hour before your event for setup.
  • Payments must be completed two weeks in advance to confirm your booking.

Room Specifications:

  • Nine 8-foot x 30-inch tables and fifty chairs are provided, accommodating a maximum of 50 guests.
  • Two trash cans with liners plus extra liners ensure a clean space.
  • Use of the on-site dumpster is included for your convenience.
  • Men’s and Women’s restrooms are fully stocked and available.
  • AC outlets and new LED lighting cater to all your event needs.

Policies and Considerations:

  • Decor: To maintain our facilities, please refrain from using Scotch Tape on walls.
  • Parking: Abundant parking is provided, excluding firefighter-designated spots. Overflow parking is available along the grassy hill.
  • Alcohol: Beer, wine, and champagne are allowed; however, other alcohol types are not permitted.
  • Safety: Supervision for children and adherence to the hallway and parking guidelines is expected.
  • Event Conclusion: All festivities must conclude by 9 pm to respect the surrounding community.

Contractual Agreement: Review and complete our “Meeting Room Contract” with an NFC booking representative at the time of your payment. This ensures mutual understanding and agreement. Access the contract here.
