Our Outdoor Pavilion at the Newportville Fire Company offers a delightful setting for any special occasion. Equipped with a handy kitchenette, as well as separate restrooms for men and women, it provides all the comforts you need to celebrate with ease. Just bring the festivities, and let our pavilion be the stage for your memorable event.

Rental Details:

Rental Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

All events conclude at 8:00 PM, with cleanup completed and guests off the property at that time.

Rental Fee: $700

Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required to ensure the pavilion is returned to its original condition.

  • No cash accepted

Security Deposit Refund:

Security deposits are refunded within 30–45 days after your event, provided the pavilion is returned to its original condition.

Features at a Glance:

  • Recreation and Sports: Enjoy our 2 horseshoe pits, volleyball court, wiffle ball/bat, paddle ball and open fields perfect for games. Feel free to bring your own outdoor games.
  • Food and Drink Amenities: Make use of a commercial-type refrigerator, a smaller beverage refrigerator that is able to be wheeled out to guest area, hot & cold running water in kitchen, a 3 basin sink, and an 8 burner grill (propane included; grill utensils available for a $15 fee or bring your own).

*Second Grill is available for rental at an additional $50*

  • Table Arrangements: With 21 picnic style tables seating 8 each, along with additional  (3) 6′ tables and  8′ serving tables, you’re set for a large gathering.
  • Convenience Facilities:  (7) 55gallon trash cans with liners and well-stocked restrooms ensure your event runs smoothly.
  • Lighting and Power: New LED lights brighten up the space, and AC 120-volt outlets support your electrical needs.
  • Catering Options: Inquire about onsite catering services through M.E.I. Catering. https://meicatering.com/
  • Music and Entertainment: Feel free to play music (at a comfortable level), directing speakers towards the firehouse or back of pavilion to respect our neighbors.
  • Parking: All parking is to be strictly up at the pavilion area. At no time is parking allowed on the blacktop.

Alcohol and Safety Policy:

  • Permitted Beverages: Beer, wine, and champagne are welcome. Please, no other types of alcohol.
  • Bounce Houses and Inflatables: Such items are not allowed on the premises to ensure the well-being of all guests.

Preparation and Cleanup:

A detailed “Outdoor Pavilion Checklist” will be reviewed with you by an NFC representative before and after your event, ensuring your security deposit return. 

Contract and Booking:

View our “Outdoor Pavilion Rental Contract” and complete it with an NFC booking representative during your initial payment.
